Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using DevFlow (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Stanislav Ryabtsev, Georgia (“we”, “us”).

2. The Service

DevFlow is a local AI development environment (desktop and related web surfaces). You may download the client without paying. Paid subscriptions and prepaid AI usage, when enabled, are billed separately.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, reverse-engineer paid features, or violate law.

4. Plans and AI usage

Subscription fees (Free / Early Adopter / Pro) cover product access and plan limits. Model inference (for example DeepSeek or other providers) is charged from a prepaid AI balance when that feature is live. Unused AI balance rules are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Early Adopter pricing

A limited number of founding seats may lock Early Adopter subscription pricing. Eligibility and remaining seats are described on the Pricing page. We will not raise an Early Adopter subscription solely because total user count grew.

6. Your projects and code

Code and files on your machine remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you enable (for example sending prompts to model providers you use through the Service).

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe IP, attack systems you do not own, or circumvent billing. Automated account farming to obtain Early Adopter seats is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” during the launch phase. AI output may be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
