Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using DevFlow (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Stanislav Ryabtsev, Georgia (“we”, “us”, the “Supplier”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Paid purchases are also subject to Paddle Buyer Terms. If those conflict with these Terms on payment, tax, invoicing, or returns, Paddle’s buyer terms control for that purchase.

2. The Service

DevFlow is a local AI development environment (desktop app and related web surfaces). You may download the client without paying. Capabilities and limits of each plan are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions and prepaid AI usage are billed separately.

We may change features during the launch phase. Material reductions to a paid plan will be announced on the Pricing page or by email.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, reverse-engineer paid features, farm Early Adopter seats, or violate law.

4. Plans, subscriptions, and AI usage

Subscription fees (Free / Early Adopter / Pro) cover product access and plan limits, billed monthly in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Model inference (for example DeepSeek or other providers) is charged from a prepaid AI balance when that feature is live — it is not unlimited inside the subscription.

Prices on the Pricing page exclude applicable taxes unless marked otherwise. Paddle calculates and collects VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar charges at checkout based on your location.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle Buyer Support or in-product billing when available. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund the current period except as described in the Refund Policy.

5. Early Adopter pricing

A limited number of founding seats may lock Early Adopter subscription pricing. Eligibility and remaining seats are described on the Pricing page. We will not raise an Early Adopter subscription solely because total user count grew. The lock applies to that subscription seat, not to prepaid AI rates.

6. Checkout and errors

Before you pay, checkout shows the product, amount, billing interval, and taxes. You can correct details in Paddle Checkout before confirming. Completing payment is an offer to buy from Paddle; fulfillment (account upgrade / AI balance credit) is performed by us after Paddle confirms the transaction.

7. Your projects and code

Code and files on your machine remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you enable (for example sending prompts to model providers you use through the Service). You are responsible for the legality of content you process.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, attack systems you do not own, or circumvent billing. Automated account farming to obtain Early Adopter seats is prohibited. We may rate-limit or terminate access for abuse.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own DevFlow, its branding, and the software we distribute, except for your project files and third-party open-source components shipped under their own licenses.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” during the launch phase. AI output may be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet every workflow.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us (or that Paddle remitted to us) for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, except where mandatory consumer law forbids this limit.

Paddle’s liability for the purchase contract is set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms, not in this clause.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under the consumer laws of your country of residence, including any mandatory cooling-off rules that still apply to digital services.

13. Governing law

These Terms (the Supplier agreement) are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Purchase contracts with Paddle may be governed by Paddle’s own terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where we must obtain new consent.
